The Saint Louis County Department of Health, in conjunction with the St. Louis County Partnership for a Healthy Community, is pleased to announce the public unveiling of the 2014 St. Louis County Community Health Improvement Plan (or “CHIP”).
“The department has been working diligently for two years with the St. Louis County Partnership for a Healthy Community and its partners to identify the most pressing public health needs in the county and develop a response plan for those needs,” said Dr. Dolores J. Gunn, director of the Saint Louis County Department of Health. “I am quite excited to see the fruition of those efforts embodied in this document – a document that can now serve as a roadmap for future public health efforts in the county and the region.”
