The Saint Louis County Department of Public Health is urging caution and common sense during today’s hot weather and any other hot days this summer.
"Our region experiences extreme heat almost every year and it’s important to observe common sense precautions whenever this happens,” said Dr. Faisal Khan, director of the department.

Now, St. Louis County Executive Steve Stenger is bringing together leaders and experts in justice services to craft a plan to pursue a multi-million dollar grant for justice reform. The MacArthur Foundation is awarding cities up to $10 million as part of the Safety and Justice Challenge.
