The St. Louis County Department of Transportation is requesting the services of a well-qualified consulting engineering firm to perform professional engineering services for the following three projects under a single engineering services contract:
Bauer Road Culverts No. C-5-194 and C-5-195
St. Louis County Project No. CR-1677
Musick Avenue Pedestrian Signal
St. Louis County Project No. CR-1760
Baumgartner Road Guardrail
St. Louis County Project No. AR-1790
Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS), in accordance with RSMo. 8.285 through 8.291, will be used to determine the successful respondent. Please note that the 15% incentive credit defined in SLCRO 107.071 Section 3 is not applicable to the selection process for this contract. This contract provides for design and plan production for the three projects listed above.
