Asbestos Notifications

The Air Pollution Control Program requires notification of demolition and abatement projects involving regulated (40 CFR Part 61 Subpart M and SLCRO 612.530) structures at least 10 working days before crews begin a project. The following link displays notifications that the Program has received in the last 180 days. The notifications are uploaded to this website at least once per week. For notifications older than 180 days please contact the APCP at 314-615-8924 or the Custodian of Records for the Department of Public Health at 314-615-1600.
