Celeste Endicott has served as a St. Louis County Municipal Court judge since 1992. Upon graduation from St. Louis University School of Law in 1986, she was an associate attorney with the firm of Lashly and Baer in St. Louis. She served as an assistant prosecuting attorney in St. Louis County from 1988 until 1992.
She has practiced juvenile and family law as a sole practitioner for many years, and now practices with a non-profit organization, representing indigent clients in matters concerning dissolution, paternity, orders of protection and guardianships.
She has served on the boards of the Missouri Municipal and Associate Circuit Judges Association and OSCA's Municipal Judge Education Committee, as well as the Municipal Court Improvement Committee. She is married with three college age children and lives in St. Louis County, Missouri.
