2019 IS A REASSESSMENT YEAR
The Assessor is required by Missouri law to establish the fair market value of all parcels of real property in St. Louis County as of January 1 of each odd-numbered year.
According to Missouri law, the deadline for filing an appeal of your assessed value was the second Monday in July — this year July 8, 2019 (Section 137.275, Revised Statutes of Missouri).
The Board of Equalization is responsible for assessment appeals. If you filed an appeal and did not waive your right to appear at the hearing, the Board of Equalization will send you a Notice of the location, date and time of your hearing. You can find more information at:
