What is Gateway 311?
Gateway 311 is a new way to connect with St. Louis County. Our mobile app (Google Play Store | Apple Store ) let's you do more things without having to call us. Our Citizen Support Center answers questions and provides information for the following:
Parks and Recreation, Jail, Permits, Re-Occupancy, Prosecuting Attorney, Sheriff's Office, Vector Control, Food and Restaurants, Parks and Recreation, Crisis Intervention, Children's Service Fund, Trash, Recycling, Workforce Development, Youth/Veterans/Homeless Programs, Health, Transportation, Public Works, Human Services, County Government, Police, Circuit, Civil, Municipal and Traffic Court, Board of Elections, Collector of Revenue, Personal Property, Animal Care and Control, Health Centers, Birth and Death Certificates, Marriage License, Plat Maps, County Council, County Executive and more.
What can I do with the Gateway 311 mobile app?

How do I create an online service request?
Answer a few questions, take a picture and submit the request directly from your phone. It's easy! Request types include pothole, high grass, broken sidewalk, park problem, broken street sign, malfunctioning traffic light, graffiti, tree problem, property maintenance, rodent problem, abandoned vehicle, restaurant sanitation, food borne illness, trash stockpiling, and missed trash pickup service.
Does the new 311 Contact Center replace calling a specific department?
No. You can still call any County Department by locating their phone number on our website.
What if I don't have a smartphone?
You can use the 311 app and all it's features on your desktop PC. Visit Gateway 311 Desktop App and enjoy the same features that the mobile app offers. If you have any issues or problems, call us during business hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00 - 5:00) and we can assist you.
How do I get help with the 311 mobile app?
Contact a 311 Citizen Support Specialist by dialing 311 on your mobile phone or 314-615-7311 on either a mobile or landline phone between 8:00 - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.
